Terms and Conditions

Read the terms and conditions for the HZKJN public site.

Prelaunch public-site terms for project discussions and nonbinding demonstrations. A real engagement requires separately approved written terms.

  • Discussion and samplesThis public site introduces HZKJN and provides information for discussing a possible project. Catalog samples are fictional demonstrations. Editing a sample or submitting an inquiry does not purchase a service, accept an offer, authorize production work, or create a verified customer account.
  • Estimates and agreementsCatalog estimates are non-binding scope estimates. The applicable written offer and agreement must identify the agreed scope, exclusions, price, payment schedule, delivery conditions, and support terms before work begins. A displayed estimate is not a payment instruction or a promise of delivery.
  • Information you shareSubmit only information you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in sample edits, comments, or inquiry notes. Inquiry confirmation means that the inquiry was recorded; it does not mean that a project has been accepted or scheduled.
  • Inquiry and account accessIf you submit without signing in, HZKJN uses the contact details and consent you provide to discuss that inquiry. Later account access requires verification. Signing in does not by itself approve an offer, confirm a payment, or authorize a production kickoff.
  • Demonstration detailsPrelaunch agreements and invoices can contain clearly marked dummy supplier and payment details. Dummy details are for demonstration and verification only. Do not use them to make a payment or begin a real engagement.
  • Before an engagementThe agreed documents must provide approved supplier identity, commercial terms, and payment instructions. Confirm them with HZKJN before signing or paying.
